In our initial discussions you will have the opportunity to explain your value to an organisation, your pivotal career experience, business tools skills and expertise, insight into your data skills testing, along with your project engagement and business problem-solving skills.
Our talent manager will partner with you through the platform engagement process, checking in with you on a weekly basis to offer updates. When a client short-lists your profile, our Talent Manager will reach out to you and discuss the full details of the role and organisation, sharing any formal job descriptions. If you feel the role is a good fit we will then present your resume to that company and will commence interview arrangements with yourself and the client. Otherwise, if you feel the role does not align with your career aspirations, then we will inform the client and no further details will be disclosed.
We feel it is very important that we offer transparent communications throughout the whole of your recruitment process. Our Talent Manager will offer you feedback after each of your interviews and discussions with the client and will follow up with any questions you may have. If you reach the final stages we will assist with the negotiation of the salary on offer, along with discussing feedback with your chosen referees.
